Endowment Fund
Endowment funds at St. Vincent’s East Foundation allow for the continued support of specific programs. As endowment funds grow through gifts and investment earnings, additional funding becomes available to support these programs. These funds support the perpetuity of specific programs as the funds can only be utilized to support the designated program or service.

Currently, St. Vincent’s East Foundation is responsible for the following eight endowment funds:

Robert C. Chapman Fund
– Supports the Greatest Needs Fund, including Tot Shots, Partners in Education, and Alabama Child Caring Foundation

Camp Bluebird Endowment – Supports Camp Bluebird

Jo Ann King Memorial Scholarship – Scholarship funding for associates at St. Vincent’s
St. Clair

Long Diabetes Fund – Supports Diabetes Education

Moore Endowment Fund – Supports the Liz Moore Low Vision Center

Williams Digestive Disease Fund – Supports the Digestive Disease Services of St. Vincent’s East

W. W. Crow Fund – Funds nursing scholarships at St. Vincent’s East

Planned Giving Fund – Supports the Greatest Needs Fund
